We believe that often education is the force by which hope operates.  By providing a quality education for both traditional and special education students to the students of the Tomas Borge community we seek to infuse this area with hope for a better future.  

Katie Beth Carter Memorial Institute

KBCMI is a secondary school which serves students from 7th to 11th grade. Our passion is that students will leave KBCMI with a healthy identity, a clear vision for their life, and the ability to chase after that vision. KBCMI was named in honor of Katie Beth Carter.  Katie was quoted in saying “with the right tools children can change the world.” We agree with Katie Beth and believe the greatest tool we can provide for children to change the world is education.
